1.A look at North Korea send-ups in pop culture

Summary

North Korea criticized pop culture. North Korean foreign ministry mentioned some movies which include bad, violent image related to North Korea. Foreing ministry blamed those movies strongly and also mentioned those kind of culture will be an act of war. "The interview" which is going to release soon is about assasinating Kim jong un. Other movies are also include that kind of story. Those movies are 'Die another day', 'Team America', 'MADtv', '30Rock' and etc...(you can check more movies in below URL)

 

Persuasive

This article shows how other countries think about North Korea. I didn't know all of those movies but I could confirm again that North Korea has bad image. But NorthKorea's reaction to those movies are actually understandable in my opinion. If some other people say badthings about president, their country might have negative action to criticize them. I don't like North Korea but this time I can't say they are wrong. Even if It is true that NorthKorea is really bad country and they have done so many evil deed, It is also true that movie directors were careless. They should have thought what happen after movie is released.

2.North Korea has reportedly banned Choco Pies

Summary
North Korea banned Chocopies. In 2004 one of Korea company advanced to North Korea and made plan complex to make Chochpies. Company could hired many workers and give them Chocopies as a gift. Chocopies are spreading widely now and because of that North Korea worried about spreading South Korean culture. Although Chochopies are banned, they are still popular. Some people selled it illegally. To prevent it, NorthKorea made a rumo, that is 'South Korea added weird substances'


Persuasive
This is kind of funny and sad story. Norh Korea accepted Chocopie plant and now they are worried about it. I think this article shows the most weakness part of North Korea. They have forced citizens to watch and listen only about Kim family. TV and radio only broadcast about their acheivment and greatness. People can't enjoy their life.  I heard about North Korean when I was in military from North Korea defector. They are trying to live and eat something everyday. Everyday is challenge to them. They can't do what they really want. Goverment just give them a little money for their work and even take some of wage.  I feel compassion to North Korean.

3.North Korea shoots off two short-range rockets

Summary
North Korea launched two rockets off to eastcoast of South Korea. They ask South Korea to stop having relationship with USA. North Korea said South Korea is attratcting US military hardware and strategic bomber. They also asked South Korea have to cancel their joing military drills with US. But South Korea seems like not caring about it. Recently those two countries are making strange atmospheres.

Persuasive
It looks like serious if another country know about this. But it is not that serious problem in my opinion. What they are doing now is what they have always done so far since Korean war. They always do that such as launching some rockets especially before joing drills with USA. I don't think Korea war really take place because of our behavior ignoring North Korea. They are just afraid of our(South Korea and USA) military and pretent that they are angry. I think North Korea's hierarchy doesn't want war. If war happen they will lose all. They actually live very well. They are rich and can do everything what they want. Maybe they don't want to lose theirs. We have to do what we want. If we accept their ask, they will ask much more serious things next time.
